Throwing your car into 1st at 30mph is not smart. Did it once at 15 miles per hour and it jerked pretty bad. Dont be surprised if you wake up to a broken tranny soon.

no worries i have never done it, that is why i came here to consult people who would know about this stuff. Do you have any sites for the cooler and the stall? I know you know your stuff with these auto trannies so help would be appreciated.
