well since this was brought back from the dead.. lol

SAE numbers aren't always 5% lower, it depends on the atmosphere at the time of dynoing.. for example if you dyno when its hot and humid as hell usually SAE will ADD hp to your numbers to make up for the heat, and if its cold as hell it may take away.. it all depends. When I dynoed my car it was almost perfect and hardly added or took away
