Want some advice? Save the lawyer money for the insurance. YOU WERE DRIVING 123 miles per hour! No lawyer can get you out of that, none, and if they do, that judge shouldnt be doing his job. Sorry, but thats how it is, there is no reason that you should have to prove ANYTHING to a nissan sentra that is talking crap. NONE! Especially to 123mph on the interstate where my family and I drive everyday. Now that Im done preaching, accept the fact that you prolly wont drive for 6 months, and start deciding what you are going to do with your car, because the ins. rates will prolly suck. I dunno man, just dont try to get outta something you KNOW you did wrong. Try the 4 point reduction classes, and if you feel like spending the money, you could TRY a lawyer, but at over 120 miles per hour, i dont even see how you arent in jail right now.
