3.73 would do that for you, depending on your tire height. I had 3.90's i put in right before my nitrous went in I went with those since the power adder. I bought a friends rear with 4.10's 31 spline axles and locker, axle tubes and everything welded up and rear main T/A Cap.for a deal when he totalled his car.
I went 3.90's first after listening to everyone. Forget 3.73's, get 4.10s and up on a mod motor. I actually got better gas miliage 2.1mpg better, since i live in delaware and not a lot of highways.
I also thought i would kill my highway racing. Wrong!! It's got killer pickup racing BMW,s and corvettes. Sure i cant go 150. But i walk away from them up to 130 and let off. And dont let them know i ran out of gear. I do worry about killing 5th gear though!!
Im not on my main computer, I'll put a link up to a gear selector that lets you see all your miles per hour to rpm on every gear. Im sure someone will put it up before i do though.
Get the 4.10s.
