nobody has answered my question regarding mustangtuning.com customer service, or service in general...does anyone ever receive the merchandise that they buy here? i'm starting to get a little nervous, and the better business bureau is calling my name
please advise, someone, anyone..........

Whaddup dude.
What did ya order? the Mach 1 chin spoiler?
I had a similar issue, about 2 weeks ago i bought the chin spoiler, SS inserts, and grill delete kit, then i find out the chin spoiler is out of stock and it will be 3-4 weeks before they have it in. They offered to either credit me the money, sent all the stuff out when the spoiler gets in, or send my other stuff now and ship the spoiler seperatly.
i inquired several times through email, finally i just put a post in the products forum asking what the deal is.
Apparently somone put my order in the wrong stack. they found this out this morning and got it shipped today, i got the tracking number an hour ago'
my advise is to put up a thread in the product forums and ask what the situation is.
This is my... 4? 5th? order from MT? First time i had a problem. I still plan on buyin much much more stuff from them.
Free shipping? Come on! its worth a slight hassle from time to time.
