And I know it won;t matter in your case, but u can use the lil gear to correct your speedo up until the 97 model year. After 96 u can use electric corrector, but in 96-97 u could use either electric or the gear ot correct. I have a 97 and only needed the gear. Just though I'd mention that.

If you got 3.73's that white plastic speedo gear will get you close to your actual miles per hour, if you got 4.10s' the white gear got you no where close to your MPH, it's better to get a speedcal for 98 and down cars, and a programmer for 99 and up cars to fix the speedo problem. I think with the white gear and 3.73 gears, i was still around 8mph off, with the 4.10 gears and the white speedo in my 95 GT like 20 miles per hour off. With my 3.73 gears and speedcal, i'm right on the money.
