18s are no problem on the new mustangs... people squeeze 20s on but in my opinion that is rather ugly...
and you cant adjust the stock suspension...
you can buy a nice suspension kit such as from mustangtuning.com that will lower your car and give it an agressive stance...
ya... go 18s... no worries!
and new rims and suspension is something every mustang needs
