Ford Verts it sbeen that for awhile now. Like i said though most places dont enforce it becuase its kinda retarded. Fromw hat i see most places dont care till you in the 12's or 11's in a vert. Coupe they cant say **** till 11.99. This is all of last years rules it could be different this year i havent looked yet.
