I think its better suited for this section of the forum. Anyways, I think that if the spoiler is anything like the 94-04's...all you have to do is remove the screws holding it in place and find some plugs to cover up the holes that it leaves behind. If you wanted to remove it permanently you could have the holes filled and painted at a body shop..
