I think it's a fairly involved swap for the average shade tree mechanic. If I recall correctly, the 94/95 are wider than the fox bodies so your offset would be different for your wheels. They are also 5 lug versus the 4 lug on your '86 (unless you've already done a 5 lug swap) so you would need to change out the front as well. The main thing with the rear would be the mounting points for the UCA and LCA. If they are at all different, then you would need to have them moved and welded back on, or have custom control arms made. If you're looking for just the disc brakes on the back, I think you can get a conversion that is much less involved.
