Damn that sucks...but you should have done what spike said in the first place. However it is a very easy fix!
1. Remove your headlights and let them air dry. Leave them out in the sun for an hr or two.
2. The after they are dry and the foggyness (spelling..
) is gone do what spike said and re-install...
