Dude, the smoking ban will be the best law Denver EVER passes! It's by far the best law in Cali....I can't stand going to other states and have to breath someone elses smoke in indoor places.....Smoking affects others, not just the person smoking....beer doesn't hurt the guy sitting next to me...well, unless I punch him.....fast food doesn't hurt anyone but me....not the guy next to me.
What about the mom and dad that are smoking in the car with the windows up and two little kids in the back of the car? Is that cool???
