Try, reinstalling the driver. Right click on my computer, go to properties, find the tab with the Device Manager on it (changes from version to version of Winblows), find the red x or the yellow !. Treat the problem as it appears. Code 10 device cannot start is usually bad. Best idea is to right click on the thing, delete or uninstall, reboot, then manually install the driver. Don't let Win-doh-s do it.
