They are smoking crack. If they did, then they found the fasted stock GT on the planet.
I have seen a few dozen dyno results on stock GT's and those with various bolt-ons. The accepted value for a stock GT in mustang circles is 225-228. Keep in mind that there are many factors that determine dyno results such as altitude and air quality, so if they did not compensate correctly you will get different numbers.
At the end of the day, HP does not matter much. It's all about how quickly the car gets down the track.
If you did all the mods that you listed above, you might be looking at 245 rwhp.
