I have done a lot of research on these plenums, on a mostly stock engine, I think you will realistically gain 5-7 hp and 7-10 ftlbs of torque. I havent taken the plunge yet because I am waiting for all these rumored 2v manifolds to come out. HPS and BBK are supposed to have some reasonably priced manifolds, tenativley priced between 500-700 Dollars. I am waiting to see some dyno numbers on these. If I was to go with a plenum, Iwould definetly go for the Accufab. In all tests I have seen the Accufab performed the best in the low to midrange and was equal to all competitors on top end. And it looks awesome too.
