If you're on Nittos, here's what I do:
go through the water, and do a good burnout (usually about 10-15 secs...maybe a lil less). Bring the rpm's up to around 4000, and walk it out pretty fast. It seems if I just dump it, it'll spin bad, and if I dump it from a lower rpm, it will bog. I shift at 6000, and with 3.73's in mine I go through the traps around 83 miles per hour (in the 1/8th), and I shift into 4th at 90, so you will HAVE to go into 4th with the gears!
