If you want some noticeable power and a nice sound then get some cams. Itll probably cost you 1,000 bucks in the end though. If you just have like $400 then id say buy a TB/Plenum combo. Headers will probably cost almost as much as cams would cost when you add all the labor. Id just save some money and get cams. 30-40+hp peak increase isnt bad.
