That's a signal telling you that the ABS system doesn't think everything is ok. Take some detergent and a toothbrush to the ABS exciter wheels and clean them up. If that doesn't fix it you may have a failing ABS unit or a bad sensor. Usually it's just brake dust and road crud built up.

The exciter wheels are castellated silverish discs about 5 or 6" across at the ends of your axles behind the brake rotor (usually, IRS cars have the rears inboard).
