not true at all, u can get in the 13's for half the price of a full turbo kit... i just proved that in my post... all those bolt ons and a 100 shot will Def. get you in the 13's especially with that auto... I'd say gears and a tune, you will change the shift points on your auto and gain hp from the tune, the gears will give you that low end acceleration our cars need so much...
