Yes.... In general, most headunits on the market will work in mustangs...

I do NOT recomend wallmart...

but if ya wanna go the cheap cheesy route then wallmart stuff will give a little extra sound...

AND I also recomend STAYING AWAY FROM SONY... they suck w/ car audio IMO...

pioneer is good...

I'm not sure of a good place to shop... my best friend took care of me... all I had to do was pay @ a local Audio shop

Also... used can be very good... The stereo I have should have costed me over $3,000 new...

I bought the sun woofers amp and wiring used and saved huge...

Maybe keep an eye out in local adds or ebay and let us know what you find... we can help steer ya in the right direction...
