Anything you do to your motor to make it strong N/A will make it even stronger once you get into boost. Depending on how soon and what type of blower you are going to get, you might not want to do some of those mods. For example underdrive pulleys usually wont work with a blower. If you plan on running a Kenne Belle then it will replace your intake so you wouldnt wanna spend the $ on a plenum or throttle body.
Ported heads, cams, a good exhaust and 10psi from any blower should get you atleast 450hp to the wheels.
