I believe people should be recognized for the good AND the bad. The good: Fast delivery. The bad: terrible communication from company to customer.

Guys, I have been buying from them as long as anyone has. They have a small staff and they get swamped sometimes. MT could address this issue and hire more people, and then the prices would go up.
I waited for many of the things I ordered, but they always came and I was told they would be late. Most of the time, they showed up earlier then they predicted.
