It's a block of metal that goes between your wheel and your hub... What could possibly go wrong. The wheel is still physically connected at the same point it always has been, It should have no impact at all on the suspention, berings, (or even how fast your car goes so who needs em?) or anything for that matter. It's no different than running wider tires, only you don't get any of the extra traction... If your that nervous sell them on Ebay.
