Autos take to mods a little differently. I have a friend running 13.1 with his 2000 auto with nothing but bolt-ons and some good tires (DR's on light rims), so his car has a lot of potential.
Autos need 4.30's and a chip or a programmer. The programmer will allow you to raise the rev liniter and allow the car to shift more firmly. This will not add hp, but will result in dropping your ET. Also, a tourque converter is a great mod. That is how my bud is able to get in the low 13's...the converter and the 4.30's with timing advanced using a TA.
