I honestly didn't notice a thing... I'd heard about noise coming through the shifter but I didn't hear anything... from what I've read from others, this shifter doesn't have the inherit noise problem other shifters may have.
But you're right... between the convertible... and my SLP Loudmouth and X-pipe I don't hear a heck of a lot
