I've been wanting to gets some aftcats for my 03 GT, and after looking around I decided to go with SLP. I heard some good things about Bassani, and MAC, but Bassani's SS cats are around $700! I wanted something you could hear and something that wouldn't break my bank account. The recent issue of 5.0 mustang magazine had an article about SLP exhaust. They installed them on a 2000 GT with X-pipes. The article had a lot of good things to say about them and even showed the dyno results after install. The only thing negative they had to say was that at about 4500rmp range it tended to go lean. They said that this problem could be solved with a chip or programmer. Has anybody else ran into this problem? I should be getting them next week and want to be prepared for any problems that I may have. I don't know if having the Xpipes makes a difference in the engine running lean or not, but right now, I am just going with the catback and the only other mod is a BBK CAI. Thanks
