It can be purchased in a chip burner form(comes with chip, chip burner, and all neccesary cables) The flasher version includes the xcaliber flasher and all neccesarry cables. Also right now you get the Raptor Datalogger for FREE with the Pro Racer Package!!! Thats alot of sh*t for $810 shipped. You would be able to tune your car yourself no matter what the mods! Not to mention datalogger will work with other vehicles.
