I was wondering if anyone has had any problems with high speed vibrations?
I have a 92 LX 5.0 hatchback. I have had the drive shaft removed, checked and balanced, no problem there. The engine and trans are very well balanced also. Everything on the car is pretty much original equipment, with a few minor upgrades; fuel injectors, ignition, throttle body and exhaust.
The vibration seems to come from the rear of the vehicle and appears around 95 miles per hour but dissipates some after 115 miles per hour. If you grab the shifter it seems to be vibrating, almost like a buzzing.
Anybody out there have this problem, or know where I can have any recommendations on where to go to have this looked at?
I am on my way back to Europe this summer and would like to have this taken care of.
